I bought it thinking the warranty would actually help if something went wrong, but then I found out a bunch of things weren’t even covered. I was confused because I thought that was kind of the whole point. Ended up paying out of pocket anyway, which was frustrating. I don’t think I’d buy it again

Overall, it was good enough and did what I needed, but the price felt a bit high for what you get. Even just a few dollars less would make it feel like a much better value.

I had to reschedule my delivery twice, which was already annoying, but the worst part was not being able to talk to an actual person. Everything felt automated, and I just wanted a human to help sort it out

The site is okay for checking out equipment, but, uh, it does feel a bit slow and not the easiest to browse. A few pages took me a minute to figure out where I was supposed to click. It’s not terrible or anything, I just think it could be smoother and a little simpler to use.

I had a good experience at the store!! The staff helped me choose a treadmill and the prices seemed fair. Checkout did take a little longer than I was hoping, but overall I’d still say it was a solid visit

I ordered from pushpedalpull.com and the delivery ended up taking way longer than I expected. The most frustrating part was how unclear everything was, tracking barely updated, and I never really knew what was going on or when it would actually show up. I understand delays can happen, but a little communication would’ve made it a lot less annoying. Overall, not a great experience.

"Left in the dark after ordering"
I placed my order and then pretty much got no updates at all about shipping. After waiting around, I finally had to email them myself just to see what was going on. Even then, the responses were slow and didn’t really answer much, which made me feel like I couldn’t trust customer service to be upfront with me. When you’re spending that kind of money, you expect better communication.

"Sloppy install and a total hassle"
The install was frustrating. It felt like they rushed through it just to get out the door. The machine wasn’t even level, some of the bolts looked loose, and they left cardboard and packing stuff all over the place. Like, come on, if I’m paying that much, I shouldn’t have to clean up after you and then call someone else to fix the job. Super annoying

The return process was easy enough and everything went smoothly. I was expecting it to be a little quicker, but it took a few extra days. Not a big deal overall, just slightly slower than I thought it would be.

I ordered because the site clearly showed the item was in stock, but after that, nothing happened and it never shipped. What made it more frustrating was dealing with the automated updates and generic system messages instead of getting a real answer from a person. If it wasn’t actually available, I wish they’d just say that upfront

The equipment selection felt limited to me. I might’ve missed some stuff or maybe I went in with the wrong expectations, but I was hoping there’d be a bit more variety.
"Repair took forever"
I booked the repair thinking, okay, someone will probably reach out soon and we’ll get this moving, but then it just kind of sat there for weeks. I kept waiting, then wondering if I missed a call or an email or something, and eventually I had to call more than once just to find out what was going on.
When the tech finally showed up, he was totally fine and did what he needed to do, so that part wasn’t really the issue. It was more the whole waiting around with barely any updates that got annoying. Not the worst experience I’ve ever had, but definitely way slower than I expected...

The service tech came out, but it felt like he didn’t really know what he was doing. He seemed unsure most of the time, and that made the whole experience frustrating. I was expecting someone more knowledgeable.

I had my treadmill installed, but it still wobbles when I use it. I’m not totally sure, but it kind of feels like maybe something wasn’t tightened properly during setup. I reached out for help and didn’t really get any useful support, which was frustrating.

"Great White Glove Delivery, Just a Bit Late"
I ordered a treadmill and added the white glove delivery service, and overall I’m really happy I did. The delivery guys brought it inside, got everything set up, and even took all the boxes with them, which was such a relief. They were friendly and easy to deal with, though they did arrive a little later than the scheduled window. Even with the small delay, the whole process was smooth and stress-free, and I’d definitely use them again...

"Still dealing with the same issue weeks later"
I had a problem with my order and reached out expecting someone to actually help, but it felt like I just kept getting brushed off and passed from one person to another. Responses took forever, and when they did reply, nobody gave me a straight answer. I was the one constantly following up, and even after all that, the issue still wasn’t fixed properly. it was really frustrating and made me feel like my order didn’t matter. I wouldn’t feel comfortable ordering from them again.

"Couldn’t get the parts when I needed them"
As someone who likes to stay on top of repairs myself, this was really frustrating. I needed a replacement part, but it wasn’t available, so I waited and kept checking back hoping it would show up. Still no luck.
Customer service was polite enough, but that only goes so far when the part you need just isn’t there. When equipment is sitting around waiting to be fixed, it’s a real problem. I can’t give more than 1 star for this experience.

We reached out for help with some commercial gym equipment, and the whole process felt more frustrating than it needed to be. Replies were slow, the options weren’t explained very clearly, and I kept having to follow up on the same questions. It kind of had that “they made it my problem” feeling instead of making things easier. I wouldn’t choose them again as my first option.
